Family Mini Vacation

Plenty of room for the whole family. When we first arrived the condo was hot as the heat pump was off. The owner was very prompt at responding and helped us to get things cooled down. Loved being 5 minutes from Living Shores and Storyland.

Quick Weekend Trip

My family and I took a quick weekend trip! The condo was very clean upon our arrival. It was a great sized space that seemed to be well taken care of and maintained. The pro’s of the trip were the location to the lodge, large living spaces, clean, washer & dryer/ dishwasher and the two bathrooms ( great water pressure!) . We also enjoyed the hot tub. A few things to keep in mind which had nothing to do with the hosts but more of the property. Many people came and went from the main condo building between 11-1 am slamming the door and banging up the stairs. It seemed to only be heard from the people sleeping in the loft as the main bedroom is in the front of the condo. Also the pool was absolutely freezing which was a bummer since we were all looking forward to an indoor swim with it being winter time. All in all we had a great time and the condo was great!

Nice Stay at Attitash

This was our 1st time exploring this area. So much to see & do! The location of this devepoment was convenient to many of them. The condo had everything we needed after our forays. We did not use the loft but it would be grest fot kids. Basketball & tennis courts are very close by. We enjoyed the deck off of the master. It was a nice, quiet place to relax. The carpeting could use a good spot cleaning but nothing serious.

Nice condo!

The unit was very well kept and clean. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 (children age 12 & 14). The only thing we had an issue with is that the window in the loft didn't have blinds/curtains so the sunlight was on my daughter's face at 7 am. Since there is another bed in the room or you could move the bed, we made it work. Hopefully they'll add some blinds/curtains in the near future. Otherwise, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the Chic Resort Condo at The Seasons while we explored the area! The place was clean with lots of room for our family of four. The girls especially liked the loft area. My only recommendation would be for curtains or blinds for the window in the loft area although we were up early most days anyways to go hiking, train rides, Santa’s Village and shopping. There is so much to do that we didn’t even get a chance to check out the pool and games area. Check in and out was a breeze! Would definitely stay again :)

The Seasons property is a great stay for families - the pool and arcade are a favorite of my kids. The condo was well appointed in the kitchen. It was clean and looked to have been recently updated. The AC was a must given the facing of this property - the sun comes right in. I do wish there had been a dresser upstairs - the absence of that would make a long term stay inconvenient. Additionally the blinds were missing in the loft which made for early morning wake ups due to the sun. Lastly, I would have expected there to have been a second TV in a condo of this size. We have stayed at other places in this complex and this was the first one that didn't have that. Everything in North Conway closes early (stores by 8pm, restaurants by 9pm) so that night time entertainment is essential.

We had a long weekend getaway and wanted more room than a hotel. This condo was just perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the space, and will hopefully return with more family in the near future. Check in and check out was easy, quiet little area, and perfect after a long day of exploring. definitely recommend!

Great spot, only a mile from attitash!

The condo itself was great, everything in working order. Great water pressure in the standup shower :) Older kids loved the loft and there was plenty of space. Lots of ikea furniture, got to try an instapot in the kitchen. The clubhouse with the pool/ hot tub sauna was dated but fine and a pretty impressive arcade for the place. Overall it was a great stay with a few minor issues. We would have really liked just one pan that wasn't all scratched up- nonstick and scratched is not safe. We made do with the pots instead... We had a ton of snowfall while we were there and sometimes it took snow management quite a bit of time (after snow stopped) to clear our path to the condo. This was challenging when we had an older less mobile person with us. The condo got too hot at night but we could not adjust the heat so that was a bit of a problem for sleeping. Also the chairs were a little dirty so I questioned if they were cleaned before our stay.
