The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering stunning lake views. The second bedroom, located down the hall, is a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four guests.

The Neighborhood:

The Homestead Resort is absolutely lovely. Guests will have access to all the resort amenities with the exception of the pools and spa.



Getting Around:

The Homestead is a walkable community, and a trolley operates during peak season to help you get around the resort. The condo is conveniently located, with Glen Arbor just a five-minute drive away. You can reach Leland in about 20 minutes by car, and Traverse City is approximately 35 minutes away.

Great location within a resort community just footsteps from the beach. Just a few minutes to Glen Arbor activities, stores & restaurants. Bunk beds were excellent for kids - even college age! Condo was clean and check in/out was smooth.

This place was so nice for our family. The location within The Homestead is amazing. The double sliding doors in the living room let in the sounds, smells, and breeze of Lake Michigan, which made the whole place feel special. The big, deep couch was perfect for my wife and me and our two kids. After long, adventurous days, we’d all cuddle up together and watch a movie. There honestly wasn’t anywhere I would rather have been in those moments. We made some great family memories here and will definitely be hoping to stay again!
