Our stay was perfect. Great location! Condo had everything we needed, was clean and updated. The host couldn't have been more helpful. I wish we stayed longer as the weather was incredible and we were steps from lake Michigan.

We thought rhe condo was well thought out and re-modelled. We enjoyed the balcony, view from it, and from inside the condo.The drop down table was great.Lake MI was so clear. We even found a small petosky stone on the Homestead beach. We biked 60 miles. Such a great area for biking.

The location, cleanliness, and ease of the reservation is what we look for in our stay. We had a small problem when we arrived but the owner took care of the issue promptly.There is nothing that beats the view and experience of Sleeping Bear Bay - Lake Michigan

Just perfect!

David has done a wonderful job of making this beautiful unit modern and comfortable! It was exceptionally clean and all amenities were top quality and new. Love the contactless check-in, codes for all gates and doors. Communication was great with owner. Will definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Very nice condo. The location is convenient to Glen Arbor, Sleeping bear dunes, Glen Lake, Pyramid Point, Leland. About a 45 min drive from Traverse City airport. The food is good at the resort if you don't feel like driving into town. Great view of Lake Michigan, sunsets are spectacular from the balcony. We would like to stay again. Some stores were beginning to shut down for the winter.

Lovely Lake Michigan condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was well-decorated and appointed with everything you would need to make for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy Lake Michigan sunsets from the balcony if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Great little space on the lake

The property is nicely updated compared to some of the other condos we have rented in The Homestead. The waterfront location and views are beautiful. It is a bit tight for 4 but as long as everyone is cooperative it works well.

Homestead Resort

Everything went well with our stay. We did enjoy the view to Lake Michigan. We did incounter one issue, however. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. The first morning when we took a shower, upon opening the door the fire alarm went off. We had to quickly slience them as to not overly alarm our neighbors. Our work around was to leave the door closed for some time after showering.
