The view of the lake was amazing! An added bonus was hearing the waves rolling in. It was very relaxing and just down the road from shopping and dining in Glen Arbor.

It was a good stay. I did have an issue with the lock box, It does not pull down but opens out. this took a while to figure out in the dark with no porch light on. also wae locked ourself out and they only give 1 key. it took an hour for them to come out and open the door. they were good about it but 2 keys would have been preferred. overall a good trip.

The property was a dump. We came in took pictures and left. We never stayed. We are now waiting for our refund light fixture from the ceiling hanging by the wires window mechanism is broke .Cream Color carpet was black from foot trails ,deck was filthy ,screens were filled with Pineneedles Deck was peeling, total dump and misrepresentation in the photos.

This property has a great location. The couch and bed were very uncomfortable. It is a nice couch and an easy fix to replace the mattress and add slats under it. No air conditioning in this climate is unacceptable. It was cooler outside than in the condo. One fan for the entire place is really cheap. What a shame. We had to fight the neighbor for our parking spot too!

Wonderful views of Lake Michigan; would have preferred greater beach access. The condo was pretty clean-dirty carpet leading up to loft. Really needs updates-flooring, kitchen counters/tops, same with bathrooms.

furnishings were so,so. the owner is due for an investment cycle.. one strip light broken light bulbs out, doors on cabinets loose. couch and carpet are not pretty. and some window operators are broken still livable. petty but annoying. the location makes up for the bs.. but the byo hold bring your own . a good chair omelet pan and of course a can opener.

The condo was beat up. The dirt and stains on the carpeting looked like a crime scene. Mold on the shower curtain. Closet upstairs full of blankets etc just thrown in. No room for anything else. We left on Thursday instead of Sunday. Not a comfortable stay at all.

Great sunsets seen from screened porch. Unique shops and eateries in Glen Arbor, with no national brands and expensive, limited on property shops and food. No washer or dryer in unit. We spent 1.5 hours getting into the unit as lock-box not functional.
