Both close to A6 motorway exits, shops and 300 m from vineyards, single level gite ideally located. At the back of owners' modern house, on the ground floor, with private sun terrace. Lovely decorated, warm welcome. Small entrance hall leading to the living room (kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with sofa bed providing extra sleeping arrangement), the shower room and Wc on one side, and a sleeping area with 2 connecting rooms in a row on the other side (1 twin-bedded room) (1 double-bedded room). Cot on request. Outdoors : private terrace with garden furniture, sunshade, barbecue. Shared : enclosed shady garden (large grassy area), play area (trampoline, sandpit, swing), boules court, washing machine and table tennis in owners' garage. Parking on the property. Hot tub shared with owners available from June 21st to August 31st (4-seater, 160 cm in diameter, extra fixed charge for use : 10€/day). Hiking trails nearby.

Excellent séjour

Propriété agréable (avec de l'ombre et de la fraîcheur par temps de canicule) avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable et apprécié. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et à l'écoute :) . A la porte des pierres dorées du beaujolais avec ses magnifiques paysages (idéal pour les joggeurs et les cyclistes ) Je recommande sans retenue !
