Ideal for a short break or business trip, the gîte adjoins a flat rented all year round, on the edge of the road leading to Lacenas and Denicé. On 3 levels, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall and a lounge (with the possibility of an extra bed). 1st floor: living room with kitchen area, dining area and sofa. 1 WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with pull-out bed).
