Kelvinhall Underground station is 0.6 miles away and opens up the entire city. The city centre can be reached on foot in 25 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes. Buses run along Sauchiehall Street and Argyle Street every 5-10 minutes. Buses into the city centre include the number 2, 3, 17 and X17. A taxi to the city centre will cost approximately £6 for a black cab or £4 if you have the Uber app on your phone. Glasgow Airport is 8 miles away and can be reached in a taxi in 15-20 minutes cost approximately £20. If you want to bring a car there is on street metered parking which needs to be paid for between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. It is free to park all weekend and over night.
