Extremely unhappy with Parklands. I booked a 4-night stay for September in June 2025, tried to cancel 2 days later without success. Yes, it said uncancellable; however the reservation was for September 17-21. I think there should be some leeway, at least a few days, to cancel reservations. I gave the room to my cousins so at least someone used it, but it cost me over $1,000 bucks. Will definitely NOT recommend Parklands.
