Service was excellent. Staff was warm and accommodating when I showed up before check-in time, sick. The two twin beds were on casters and rolled all over the room. The restaurant was underwhelming and overpriced.
Excellent hotel. We stayed at five different hotels in the UK in our two week trip and the Blythswood was hands down the best. The hotel was charming, the room well appointed, and the staff extremely accommodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious and very fresh. The hotel was also a bargain for the level of the facilities and service. I recommend it enthusiastically!
