We’ve been coming here for years, and if I’m honest, the place had lost its magic for a while. But this visit completely restored it. We stayed for my partner’s 45th birthday and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff absolutely made the stay. Night concierge, front desk, room service… every single person went above and beyond. It reminded me that it’s the people who make a hotel special, and they were outstanding throughout.
