Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace.
Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful place to unwind and read indoors and out! Plenty of room and nicely equipped. Beds are comfortable. Wonderful place for children as well. Had accommodations for children we did not use, but could see how wonderful this property would be for families! Dianna was awesome with all communication. Highly recommend!

Spacious - VERY clean! The hosts thought of everything from board games to extra pillows to a coffee station to a “junk drawer” filled with random things you might need. Great location

I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Family Trip

My dad's family is from the area. He wanted to visit with my siblings and I to show us all the family landmarks and places from some of his adventures "back in the day". This house was the perfect location (close to everything we needed to see and just down the street from some relatives). The house was stocked with everything we potentially needed, and the views were so pretty. Would stay again if back in the area.
