청결상태도 좋지 않고 대체로 노후되었고 난방시설이 아주 형편없었습니다 가족들이 온돌 침대방등 3곳 방에서 숙박했는데 추워서 잠들을 설쳤고 프론트에 조치를 요청했지만 말뿐 달라지지 않았고 온돌방에 라디에이터가 따로 있었지만 그것도 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다

근처 방에서 그냥 이야기 하는게 다 들릴정도로 방음이 좋지 않고 방 군데군데 머리카락이 너무 많습니다. 수건도 장마철 덜 마른 빨래 같은 냄세가 나더군요. 몸살기가 좀 있었는데 방이 따뜻한거는 좋았습니다.
