Very disappointing and not very clean
Our stay at this property was supposed to start at the beginning of September. We were a late arrival and have not received any information on how to retrieve our keys. When we finally called the main line the instructions were not accurate.
While the property is fairly nice it was not very clean. VRBO did not mention that we needed to bring our own linens which also allowed us to see what state the bedding was in. The pillows were stained with a number of things and were really disgusting. The mattress covers also had some stains. Some of the appliances such as microwave and washing machine were left dirty, the toilet also needed some attention as did the lightbulbs which were left burnt out. There were a number of other things and the overall communication with the head office was sparse at best. We have decided that the cleanliness of the house was not up to standard and we had to leave the place and had to try and find new hotel at 10 pm on a Sunday. We were left on our own with practically no support from Novasol. They have also refused to refund the money.
