Private and very quiet villa with easy access to harbour, beach, shops and restaurants. Villa is very spacious and well furnished with comfortable King bed, quiet AC, huge smart TV with Netflix and beautiful private pool. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The staff were really lovely and very helpful- Thank you to all of the staff. 😊 The property could do with a little bit of maintenance but overall a fantastic stay.

Somewhere special indeed. From the moment we were greeted by the wonderful staff to the moment we cried as we said goodbye. Everything was perfect. If you are after a sterile 5 star experience then Avilla is not for you. If you want to be surrounded by a beautiful peaceful environment with a private pool outdoor bathroom amazing food then this is it. A most memorable stay for 8 nights. Sure there are some small things one could pick on but these did not detract from our experience. Chef Abdul cooked up amasing breakfasts dinners and afternoon teas. Elyia looked after us extremely well. And the rest of the beautiful wonderful team Eliya,Reny,yuli,Rizal,Rian,Abdul,Deni and Juni helped create a vacation we will never forget. We will be back We will recommend AVilla to anyone with confidence. We love this place and will always carry it and the people there in our hearts. Sensational Shan & Rohán

Amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at A Villas! The private villa with the private pool made the trip feel so special. It's in a perfect location, close to the beach, the harbour and great restaurants. The hotel staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating, organising private snorkeling trips for us and even fetching us an additional fan when we felt hot. We had such a great time here and can't recommend this place enough. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Gili Air then we will definitely stay here!!

Staff were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. Hendra and Junior were so friendly and helpful with everything, they are very hard working and care about the guests. The villas are a little run down due to lack of use due to covid but the staff are working on fixing this and doing ongoing maintenance. If you find anything wrong, they will fix it. Overall, very spacious, comfortable, private pool and great location.

Hendra who was my manager/contact, was fabulous, he continually offered his support, offering to help me with what ever was required, lovely man, the pool was fantastic as was the bed to, it was located close to where I needed to go, close to restaurants and the sea, after two years of being unoccupied, there were a few little cosmetic issues, but all in all, very nice

It was so so. When we arrived at a Villa, the pool was really dirty. We requested to change water in pool, they never did. And we also felt so freeze in the night, found air condition remote controller but we couldn’t find out. We requested to bring remote controller and they brought broken one. So we left memo about this incovenience things in the morning therefore they never changed anything when we came back to hotel. We complaint directly at that time, then they changed room. Also they brought breakfast later then we requested sometimes, and brought few things from we requested. I was really looking forward to stay this hotel. But i was really disappointed.

You'll be blown away as soon as you enter. Private pool, high ceilings with mood lighting settings. Netflix on the tv. Breakfast in your suite. Come with a positive attitude. You are on a small island in a developing country, so not everything goes to plan / works as it should. But staff at very helpful should you need anything fixed or have any questions

Trevliga dagar på Gili Air

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God frukost. Vi läste vissa tidigare recensioner och oroade oss över råttor, insekter, maskar i polen och myggor m.m innan vår vistelse. Myggorna är det enda som var ett problem, dock inte ett stort problem och personalen verkar ha en rutin för att få bort myggorna. Kan rekommendera boendet men förvänta dig ingen resort utan mer ett semesterboende med trevlig personal!

Un petit coin de paradis

L'hôtel se trouve à 3 minutes à pieds du port de Gili Air et situé au calme par rapport aux autres hôtels en bord de mer. A l'arrivée, un accueil chaleureux avec boisson de bienvenue et le personnel a été extrêmement sympathique tout au long du séjour de 5 nuits. La villa est simplement magnifique et la piscine privée est un plus extrêmement appréciable. En voyant les photos du site, je pensais qu'elle serait petite mais en fait elle est plus grande que ce que je pensais et on peut même nager. Petit déjeuner (à choisir sur le menu) complet et frais servi dans la villa à l'heure que l'on veut. La cuisine au bord de la piscine est pratique quand on ne veut pas aller au restaurant. Le lit est très confortable et immense. L'hôtel loue des vélo mais je ne conseille pas forcément car pour faire le tour de l'ile la route est la moitié du temps en sable et on doit marcher à pied. Bref, je recommande chaudement cet hôtel et si je devais revenir à Gili Air, j'y retournerai

Very friendly and helpfull staff, but tried to charge for extras. Building need some renovation (e.g. broken light switch and sliding door, pool tiles fall down). Gaps in door and building let animals into the Villa. As typical for an island, no fresh water shower or pool (salt water) and no high pressure / warm water in shower. Kitchen with cooking option and fridge. No refile of coffee/tea bags during stay. Good TV with Netflix. Odor at bath.

Råttor i taket & maskar i poolen

Boendet såg väldigt fint ut på bilder samt vid första intrycket när vi kom. Men ganska snabbt såg vi att det va maskar på botten (i hela poolen). Dem gick inte att städa bort så vi fick byta till en annan villa som såg inprincip likadan ut. Inga maskar i poolen så vi var nöjda till en början. MEN andra natten hörde min kompis något prassla i taket, vi tänder lamporna och kollar upp i taket. Då springer det råttor i hela taket!!! Fruktansvärd upplevelse då jag dessutom är allergisk. Personalen sa att dem kunde spraya rottgift och sen skulle vi gå och lägga oss som vanligt. Men vill sova i det där giftet? Nej. Det blev att vi fick packa ihop vara saker mitt i natten och byta boende!

Our experience was excellent. The interior of the Villas are in such details that blows away most of the other Villas that we have seen, featuring a big smart TV and a fantastic Bath tub that can easily fit two people for the most romantic glass of wine you will have in your life. Whilst the outdoor part is spacious and clean with a private pool that is again much bigger than those you can find in other Villas. The minibar is filled with beverages for all taste and also has free unlimited water and eggs in case you feel like using the kitchen that is perfectly functional. Overall we were very happy with the Villa however what really made the difference was the attention provided by the staff. You can easily tell that they are trained to satisfy every small request you might have to enhance your experience. Chriest, the staff manager, goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and sets the bar really high becuase you will not easily find the same personalized service anywhere else. He can help with pretty much anything on the islands and he's very approachable.

Fantastisk villa med fint basseng! Manageren hjalp til med alt vi trengte hjelp til og gikk ut av sin vei for å gjøre oppholdet vårt perfekt! Fint basseng, stort badekar, godt kjøkken, kjempe stor seng og netflix på tven! 10/10 for oss, anbefales på det høyeste!
