This beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the Brookside Crossing community is waiting for you! From the minute you enter, you will see how comfortable this home is. With the many custom features like the wood ceiling, custom ironwork on the railings, the beautifully equipped kitchen, and the custom bathrooms, you will see why the owners have loved this home. Master bedroom on the main level with a Queen bed. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen bed and one with a Pyramid Bunk bed, Twin over Full.

You can enjoy your morning coffee or meals on the enclosed screen porch and take in the views of Lake Winnipesaukee. This unit is one of the few in this association with these views. There is an association pool for your and your family to enjoy, as well. Close to all Lakes Region attractions and close to Lake Winnipesaukee beaches.

This is a non smoking home and is not pet friendly. Please note: Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals. Although we take every precaution to keep listing details current and accurate, errors in price and/or descriptions may occur in our literature. We reserve the right to correct any such error. A great break
The accommodations were very nice. Very well appointed with basic spices, toiletries, cleaning products. The upstairs beds were not as comfortable as the downstairs bed, but were okay. Wish it had a yard and was closer to the water.
