Domaine de la Bélonie

At the crossroads of the Dordogne (Périgord Noir), the Lot (Causses du Quercy) and the green Corrèze, in the heart of a region with many tourist attractions, the Domaine de la Bélonie, surrounded by woods and meadows, is a large gîte of character (260m²). Fitted out for your comfort in an 18th century farmhouse, it has recently been restored according to tradition and with respect for the environment. Very well equipped, the interior has been decorated with taste and sobriety. The landscaped and enclosed park of 70 000m2 offers a very relaxing setting. The gîte has been restored using only traditional, local, or healthy materials (wood, lime, hemp, stone, ecological paints...). The gîte is also managed in an ecological way : ecological household products, organic products available...) The large landscaped park of 70 000m2 is of course under ecological management.Gîte of great comfort, and very well equipped, with in the ground floor: entrance hall serving toilet and storeroom (washing machine, dryer, freezer), a living room of 75m2: living room/kitchen (1 fireplace and a pellet stove). On the 1st floor: Corn Bedroom (1 bed 1.60m) with private shower room (Italian shower), Ladies Bedroom (2 beds 1.20m), fireplace, washbasin, storage space, separate WC. On the 2nd floor: Mezzanine Room (2 beds 0.90m convertible into a 180cm bed), games and relaxation room (TV, DVD, bookcases, games...). Room Pigeonnier (1 bed 1,60m), shower room, independent WC. Heating and air conditioning by heat pump. Park of 70 000m2 under ecological management with meadows, organic orchards, paths in the woods, shrubbery, dry stone walls ...

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fireplace.
