Large apartment located on the first floor of a single house in a quiet area but with all the comforts, 2 km from the exit of Giarre on the A18. It is located in a strategic position that is central between the Etna to 10 km and the sea to 3 km, with the beach of Fondachello and Riposto with the port of Etna, also the proximity to the highway makes it easier to travel to visit the beautiful coast eastern Sicily with cities such as Catania, Acireale or the beautiful Taormina, a visit that can also be done along the SS114 that runs along the Ionian coast with its striking views. For a quiet holiday both summer and winter, for the sea the mountains or the baroque cities. The apartment has a large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single that can become double, a large living room-dining room with sofa bed, the size of the rooms makes you can get to accommodate 8- 9 people. For those who want there is the possibility of a parking space inside the garage located on the ground floor of the house.
