Avis très mitigé...

Si le logement et la situation nous ont satisfaits dans l'ensemble., nous nous sommes sentis grugés par la façon de procéder... À l'arrivée, alors que RIEN ne l'indiquait à la réservation et que nous avions tout payé., on nous a réclamé une caution par chèque, bon ça encore ok, mais une certaine somme pour le ménage en cash et les taxes soit augmentant largement ( pas loin du double) notre prix à la nuit. Le tout obligatoirement à payer En cash. Sans nous laisser le choix du paiement ou d'accepter ou pas ce supplément ménage. Ménage sur nous aurions pu faire avant de partir pour la petite surface du logement.... Et vu le soin apporter au ménage dans le logement nous n'aurions pas fait pire, fientes d'oiseau dans les escaliers partie commune, terrasse pas très propre. Par ailleurs nous avons contacter un manque d'entretien support doucette cassé. Bac à douche dans un Sal état.... Nous avons eu la sensation 'd'être arnaques dans la manière d'appliquer ces supplément s ménage et taxes non signalés à la réservation. D'autant qu'il me semble en voyant la facture et avec l'expérience des autres locations par le Site abritel que les taxes ont été payées....

Résidence de vacances gérée par du personnel italien parlant mal le Français. Nombreux appartements impliquant une certaine promiscuité. Pas de wifi, contrairement à l'annonce. Accessoires de cuisine très réduits. Linge de maison en option.

Zentral gelegen um Korsika zu entdecken

Sehr nettes, ruhiges "Feriendorf". Ideal um in Korsika auf Erkundungstour zu gehen, da zentral gelegen. Man sollte keinen Luxus erwarten. Kleine saubere Ferienwohnungen, die mit dem Nötigsten, aber allem was man braucht, ausgerüstet sind. Perfekt ist die Nähe zum Strand, der nach 2-3 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Französisch kann.

Globalement intéressant, par contre les frais de ménage de 65€, même pour 2/3 nuits et sans les spécifier clairement dans le prix final ce n'est pas OK! En plus sont payable en liquide (pas de CB)... Et il faut aussi clairement specifier qu'il n y a pas des draps / serviettes... tout est payant! Prix final de la chambre... assez élevé pour 2/3 nuits A améliorer!
