Positiv: Schöne Lage, ruhig, toller Pool, Klimaanlage sehr gut bei hohen Außentemperaturen Negativ: StĂ€ndig Probleme mit stinkendem Abfluss, trotz Meldung an der Rezeption keine Hilfe, WLAN funktioniert kaum

TrĂšs belle villa fonctionnelle et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. Pas de vis Ă  vis avec les autres villa AgrĂ©able attention pour le panier d accueil avec des produits de producteur locaux La location de vĂ©lo Ă  moindre frais un plus. Accueil de la responsable au top. Seul bĂ©mol, le mĂ©nage doit ĂȘtre renforcĂ©. Cela reste anecdotique mais doit ĂȘtre signalĂ©.

Schöne Anlage und Mini Villas in guter Lage, leider bei Ankunft nicht sauber.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit HĂ€usern entsprechend der Ausschreibung in guter Lage, ebenfalls wie beschrieben. Doch wĂ€hrend wir gerade beim Einchecken schon die Endreinigung bezahlt hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass das HĂ€uschen wohl nach der vorigen Vermietung keine Endreinigung erfahren hatte (Herd und Backofen verschmutzt, KĂŒhlschrankwasserbehĂ€lter mit Schimmel, BadezimmerschrĂ€nke mit Haaren der Vorbesitzer, Bettdecken mit Blutflecken und Haaren der Vorbesitzer, Schmutz unter den Betten). Die Dame an der Rezeption war wohl sehr freundlich, sprach aber zu wenig Englisch, um so etwas zu verhandeln. Da die Anlage sonst sehr gepflegt war, schĂ€tzen wir, dass nach dem vorigen Vermieter einfach keine Kontrolle erfolgt war, doch eine - ansonsten schöne - Ferienwohnung so zu ĂŒbernehmen war nicht sehr schön.

Une résidence trÚs bien placée, conviviale et fonctionnelle.

L'ensemble est composé de 6 maisonnettes avec une piscine (souvent a l'ombre malheureusement) de bonne taille. La résidence est en face d'une petite surface pour faire ses courses, à 1,5km de la mer (mais il est trÚs facile de se garer et c'est gratuit!). La plage est grande et belle, avec des animations trÚs sympas. Qq petits inconvénients comme l'odeur de la fosse septique dans la salle de bain (mais qui passe avec les bons produits), des ustensiles minimalistes dans la cuisine et les moustiques. Mais la clim, la gentillesse des autres familles, les petits jeux pour enfants, la piscine sont autant d'atouts que possÚde cette résidence familiale.

La photo avec piscine nous laissait espérer un séjour avec un logement idéal, mais hélas !

Logement situĂ© dans une petite propriĂ©tĂ© fermĂ©e de six logements. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able et disponibilitĂ© irrĂ©prochable de la part de notre hĂŽtesse. Mais surprise ! lors de notre sĂ©jour et de notre visite du logement. Espaces rĂ©duits infĂ©rieur Ă  un mobil home, vaisselle et accessoires du quotidien inappropriĂ©s Ă  un appartement., pas de possibilitĂ© de dĂ©jeuner Ă  l'intĂ©rieur par temps de pluie, uniquement une terrasse extĂ©rieure. Arrosage de la pelouse toutes les nuits, impossible de laisser du linge Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et de sortir pieds nus pour le petit dĂ©jeuner. TrĂšs bruyant avec la route Ă  proximitĂ© et le passage incessant des vĂ©hicules. Ventilations haute et basse Ă  la tĂȘte de lit qui ne vous laisse en aucun cas la possibilitĂ© de faire la grasse matinĂ©e. Loin du centre ville et de la plage. Nous ne recommanderons pas ce logement Ă  des amis.

Maisonnettes refaites à neuf. D'un gout raffiné et moderne. TrÚs bonne fonctionnalité. Cadre tres agréable. Beaucoup d'espace vert permettant de briser les vis à vis entre les 6 maisonnettes. Tres convivial a la fois. Respect de la tranquillité. L'hÎtesse d'accueil est dispo et discrÚte à la fois. Merci Aïda.
