Selva 1 apartment is located on the upper level of the La Selva residential complex, situated in the scenic hills of Ghiffa. The entrance leads into the large bright living-dining area with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, satellite TV, a fireplace (not working) and a large table for 8. The living room opens out onto the beautiful awning-covered terrace,, large dining table, chairs and sun beds, and a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room leads to the sleeping area with one twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom and the master bedroom, with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with double sink and large glass shower . A staircase from the living room leads up to a loft with two single beds an ample wardrobe. 100 meters from the flat is the Selva sports center with a large outdoor pool included in price, sun deck and bar, tennis courts (with a fee). The lake with beaches and sailing center is a 2-minute drive down the hill. Just outside the building there is parking area for guests and owners. For pets an additional cost is required, Euro 20 per week. Pool open from 1st June till 31 August.

Be wary.

On booking form not informed bedding towels tea towels ect were an extra cost. WIFI charged but never worked. No information that to shut patio door from outside ment no way to get back in apartment. Overall loved the area but would not book this apartment again, which was a great disappointment the worst home and away we have booked on our travels.

Dårlig information

Ankomsten til lejligheden og mødet med kontaktpersonen virkede meget hektisk og kaotisk. I annoncen står der intet om, at området er meget kuperet. Det er ca 600 m oppe og der er meget stejlt. Det smme gjorde sig gældende når man skulle til poolen - det var så kun 300 m, men meget stejlt. Begge dele kunne vi godt tænke os havde stået i annoncen. Det kostede iøvrigt også penge at leje liggestolene, det vidste vi heller ikke. Rengøringen i lejligheden var også meget mangelfuld. På mystisk vis kom der to gange en kat ind i lejligheden om natten - til trods for at alle døre og vinduer var lukkede. Når alt dette er sagt, havde vi en dejlig uge - udsigten fa altanen er fantastik - der er dog ikke de liggestole som står i annoncen - vi kender heldigvis området så vi havde en dejlig ferie men det var ikke udlejers skyld.
