The bright living room with lake view is furnished with large TV, sofa and dining table and an open area with modern well equipped kitchen. The living room leads to a covered porch with dining table and to a small garden with a magnificent lake view. Nette Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Lago

Die Wohnung sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Leider gab es bei unserer Ankunft keine Bettwäsche (trotz Bestellung, muss man seperat zahlen) und nicht mal eine Rolle Klopapier. Die Schränke waren sehr staubig und überall lagen vereinzelt schwarze Haare. Schade! Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war der Geruch im Keller, wo ein weiteres Bett steht. Es war extrem muffig, gepaart mit Reinigungsmittelgeruch. Dieser Geruch ging die ganze Woche nicht raus. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe (man braucht aber ein Auto!)

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll am Berg gelegen und bietet einen super Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Schöne Küche, 2 geräumige, saubere Bäder mit Waschmaschine Dusche und Badewanne. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist mit einer Schranke gesichert. Die Straßen dorthin sind steil und schmal, aber ich hatte keine Probleme dort hin zu kommen. Hinterm Objekt kann man direkt in die Wanderwege einsteigen und die schöne, grüne Natur genießen. Supermärkte und Altstadt, sowie Restaurants findet man in Intra (Verbania) ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage oben am Hang in der letzten Wohnstrasse ist phantastisch, bedingt allerdings für jede Besorgung die Nutzung des Autos. Der Blick aus der Wohnung ist einmalig. Die Wohnung war technisch in einem nicht so guten Zustand: Fenstergriffe alle locker, Wasserhahn Küche ebenfalls. In dem Kellerzimmer riecht es feucht und muffig, da müssten Entfeuchtungsboxen aufgestellt werden. Der Kühlschrank ist zu klein. Sonst war alles top.

Un séjour très agréable

Appartement au calme (rare dans cette région où les immeubles sont souvent en bord de route) avec une très belle vue sur le lac , et très fonctionnel, bien équipé et récent. La location était très propre. L accueil de l'agence immobilière (Paola) était très professionnel, conciliant avec nos heures d arrivée et de départ et les conseils ( visites, restau) donnés très pertinents. Merci Paola

Perfect experience and exactly as advertised

Fantastic lake views, very clean two-story appartment in a larger housing complex. You cannot see your neighbors, only hear them, which is nice. All in all, the area has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Biggest pro: the kitchen knives are sharp, very unusual in my experience (:
