The Space:

French doors open from the living room straight to the deck and the vineyard panorama beyond; bamboo shades soften the afternoon light. A sofa and flat-screen anchor the main space, and an adjacent formal living room gives the group room to spread. The updated kitchen flows into a casual family room, while the formal dining room — rich wainscoting, pendant lighting — gathers six. The primary bath's clawfoot tub and marble vanity carry the Alexander Valley old-house mood all the way through.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Mornings begin on the covered front porch. Move to the gravel patio for al fresco dining at the six-seat table, then end the day in the private hot tub with vineyard views stretching to rolling hills. A gas grill and lush gardens with mature palms complete the setting.

Within a mile or two you'll find Stonestreet Winery (1.2 mi) and Robert Young Estate Winery (1.2 mi) — both acclaimed producers with beautiful grounds. Medlock Ames Historic Healdsburg Tasting Room (0.9 mi) and Hawkes Wine (0.9 mi) are also nearby. Jimtown and Then Sum (0.9 mi) is a local favorite for a casual bite or morning coffee. Francis Ford Coppola Winery (3.1 mi) offers dining, wine tasting, and a pool in a grand setting. For hiking, Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (2.9 mi) has serene trails with wildlife viewing. This is a working vineyard — depending on the season you may see vineyard workers tending the vines, which is part of the authentic Alexander Valley experience.
