The staff was very friendly. When I called for towels they brought them to me fast. The room had not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bath door. The tub floor felt like it was broken when I took a shower. I stood on the sides to keep from falling thru. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. People were nice but whoever they hired to clean did not do their job.

First of all, Orbitz over-charged us by $80 for the two rooms. The rooms smelled of body odor and cigarettes. The room next door was filled with cats, as if someone was hoarding them there. There were bugs in the shower, and on the walls. The "newly redone" hotel threw paint on the walls and the "continental breakfast" was bread and stale coffee. It was a horrible trip and ruined the excitement of the weekend.
