House adjoining the owners' house, overlooking a separate garden with a private access path. The Penny Lane cottage is located in the center of the small village of Géronce, on the main street. The owner's swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, depth 1 to 1.6 meters) is available free of charge upon request from June 15th to September 15th (unheated). On the ground floor you will find: - A well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with a dining area opening onto the terrace. - A spacious living room (TV, Wi-Fi, library, board games, DVD player, game console). - An outbuilding with a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), shower, and guest toilet. Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190cm, 1 single bed, 1 double bed). Beds made for your arrival. Baby equipment. - Separate bathroom and toilet. Towels provided. Gas heating at an additional cost (meter reading). 350 m² enclosed grounds, covered terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Numerous children's games (ping-pong, swing, board games, books, small pool table, molky, badminton, 2 bicycles, etc.) Parking on this private property, fenced and gated. Access to the owner's swimming pool is via a small gate between the two gardens. You are in the Béarn des Gaves region (salmon fishing), between the spa resort of Salies-de-Béarn, the listed village of Navarrenx, and the town of Oloron, from which all the Pyrenean valleys (Aspe, Ossau, Baretous) depart. Mountains 40 minutes away. Spain 1 hour away. Between the Pyrenees and the Gaves rivers, this region of Béarn is rich in activities, heritage and gastronomy.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
