Weekend au top ! Bien que nous soyons arrivé d'après l'heure d'accueil, nous avons été reçu avec sourire et gentillesse. Les chambres étaient parfaites. hôtel agréable, belle chambre - au calme car un peu à l'écart du centre ville; très bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner, avec du choix et de bons produits. Seul petit bémol, le restaurant qui n'est ouvert qu'aux groupes, et la salle de bains un peu "vieillotte" par rapport au reste de la chambre, mais quand même très propre et fonctionnelle ! hôtel à recommander pour un court séjour ou un week end de passage

L'hôtel mériterait d'être rafraîchit.. la décoration est datée. L'isolation est médiocre. J'avais une chambre côté route et il y avait beaucoup de circulation donc de bruit tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner est cher par rapport aux produits proposés. Seulement des viennoiseries tranche de fromage et jambon. Pas d'oeufs et pas de plats chauds. Le lit n'est pas confortable Jai regretté d'avoir réservé 2 nuits.

Nous avons été déçus par la configuration de notre chambre (prévue pour trois), très petite et très mal fichue: pas de salle de bain: la douche trône, ouverte, à un bout de la chambre, dans une loggia (ancien balcon qui a été fermé) , le lavabo et les wc à l'autre bout de la pièce, dans un cabinet de toilette. pas du tout pratique, pas d'intimité. Bon à savoir: malgré l'ascenseur, il y a quelques marches à monter pour accéder aux chambres de l'aile gauche de l’hôtel. L’hôtel se situe sur une route passante, Mais c'est supportable avec le double vitrage. petit déjeuner varié et copieux, de bonne qualité. petit espace détente spa agréable (payant). sans plus (pas d'endroit pour se changer).

De ligging was niet bijzonder (eigenlijk in een bedrijvenbuurt), maar wel goed om van daaruit uitstappen te doen of te gaan skiën. Het interieur was wat verouderd, maar er werd volop gerenoveerd, dus binnenkort zal het er beter uitien vermoedelijk.

Nice family hotel

Small family hotel 5 min away from the center. Rooms are comfy and have the essentials. The hotel is currently under partial renovation. The owners are very nice. We are quite happy with our stay.

Je n'y retournerais pas.

A notre arrivé, nous avons du patentier environ 45 min avant que quelqu'un s'occupe de nous. Ensuite dans la chambre, une prise murale (230V) pendait et on pouvait voir tout les cables derrière elle, dans la douche les joints sont plein de moisissure et pour finir j'ai retrouver un paquet de chips vide dans le tiroir de mon chevet (à se demander si le ménage a été fait). Heuresement le lit était propre et confortable. Pour le repas du soir, on a du attendre 30min pour avoir nos boissons et 1h de + (donc 1h30) pour avoir nos repas, du coup apres 1h30 d'attente le repas n'a plus le meme goût.. Il y a un gros problème de communication dans le service ainsi que du personnel non formé ou non qualifié! Donc voilà, j'ai néamoins passer une très bonne nuit et l'ensemble du personnel est très poli mais les chambres sont à retaper et le personnel à former.

L'accueil et le respect du client

Etablissement un peu ancien avec tout le confort mais surtout un couple de patrons pour qui la satisfaction du client est réellement une priorité. Les repas au restaurant sont un vrai plaisir pour des prix plus que raisonable
