Groceries and a doctor are 1 km away. Independent gîte of 55 m² in a chalet. Private entrance. On the ground floor: Living room opening onto the equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with shower. WC. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine area (1 single bed), WC. Terrace. Gardens. 2 swings, sandpit, table tennis, barbecue. Electric heating, charges not included (on meter reading according to consumption, beyond the 8 kW included per day).
