Harbour Master Estates

The property is cleverly separated into 2 buildings which are about 10 metres apart. Building A has 4 bedrooms and building B houses the club area for recreation, kitchen and laundry. Because of the strategic separation the late risers will not be disturbed by those who wish for an early start and at night the party people will not have to feel guilty of disturbing those who need all the rest possible.
Building A is 2 levels. Each level has 2 well appointed bedrooms. Each room has an a/c unit with ceiling fans. (Standing fans are available on request). Each room contains a queen as well as a double bed. The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and double faucets.
Building B. The club house has a large recreational space with a powder room attached. The kitchen is large with stove and oven, along with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and utensils. The laundry has a commercial sized washer and dryer.

Because of the elevation of the property with the large verandas/patios, whether in the bedrooms or club house you will be blessed with amazing views.

There is a swimming pool available. There is no life guard available.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a coffee maker.

What a beautiful property! Amazing ocean views and beautiful landscaping! There was plenty of room for our group to hang out, play games, etc, whether inside or outside on the expansive deck or in the pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Lourey was very nice and was accommodating when our travel plans changed. Location is central Island and close to restaurants, downtown Georgetown, the airport and easy to get to beaches on Great Exuma or Little Exuma. We had a wonderful time exploring the island with ease. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our needs. 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, plus large common room and open spaces. Close to George Town, where our activities were centered. Lourey was a great communicator and facilitator. We loved everything and intend to return.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

From check in to check out just a fantastic experience. We have been to the island many many times and this location is the best! So much room and the views....incredible! Loved having the rooms in different building and main house with the kitchen and living room area and huge bar. Pool was a fabulous bonus. I would most definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic views, lots of room, and amazing snorkeling nearby.

Great location with lots of room with lodging building and club house building. Great views of the water. Extremely good snorkeling across the street in front of the abandoned hotel. (Very close to Mims Boat Rental and Exuma Market and most restaurants.)

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property in George Town, Exuma

We had a great time visiting Exuma and staying at this lovely property. We traveled from the States with two families. There are four bedrooms in a separate building, each with their own bathroom, spacious clubhouse with kitchen, huge great room with bar, lovely terrace with incredible view overlooking the beautiful gardens and the aquamarine bay and also a private pool with chairs overlooking the water. The rooms and clubhouse were clean and fresh. The property owner and her family were lovely to work with, good communicators and available for questions and any issues. We walked to George Town and also The Fish Fry. The Queens Highway is quite busy. We would recommend a rental car. We rented a boat for the week and there is a small private beach across the road from the house where we pulled in and picked up our family members each day. We toured the area each day in the boat, visiting many beautiful islands, restaurants and snorkeling areas. We look forward to our return visit.
