Directly on the Beach in Hooper’s Bay. The Villa is a stone throw away from the ocean (20 steps/5 second fall from the deck to the ocean). A private access to Hooper’s Bay Beach, where the famous turtles of Exuma are located. The villa is 5 minute walk (12 minutes if you’re tipsy) to Smitty’s Convenience Store & CNK liquor store.
The Hooper's Bay neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and centrally located. The Bay itself is known for its calm and shallow waters, which is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, boating, diving, fishing, etc.
The Villa is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the entire building, (the first floor of the building is occupied). All the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
Enjoy the most incredible ocean views and sunsets from the comfortable wrap around Balcony.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a balcony and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Great Place!

Jennie was very responsive prior to and during our stay. The location of the house is wonderful and it is equipped with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. If we visit Exuma again, we would definitely have Jennie host our family again.
