Located in Genouillé, this 98 m² holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a 20 m² living area and a fully equipped private kitchen (8 m²), offering a welcoming space for meals and relaxation. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms (21 m² and 18 m²) with adjustable single beds can each sleep up to 4 guests; a smaller 7 m² room is ideal for 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, and a baby cot. Enjoy products from the property: jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables.
The private covered terrace with barbecue leads to the shared garden. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 x 10.5 m, depth 1.5 m) is shared and accessible by time slots, open May to late September depending on weather, bookable for one hour between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
