A Beautiful House in Genoa

Our apartment is located in the city center, a few steps from the sea of ​​Corso Italia and the main attractions of the city, easily reachable on foot or by public transport. Not far from the Brignole station, it is an excellent starting point for both holidays and business stays.

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of one of the most beautiful and ancient buildings of the Foce, historic downtown district overlooking the sea. It consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. From the poggiolo you can enjoy a lovely sea view. The house is very bright and has been recently renovated.
We are at the complete disposal of our guests to provide useful information to better enjoy our beautiful city. We adapt to every need, indiscreet with those who want privacy, but also ready to respond to every need you may need, from advice on where to dine romantically, to where to take the children on a trip, where to stay in contact with nature our fantastic Liguria.

The location of A Beautiful House is the ideal starting point for family holidays, with friends or business trips.
Families with children are welcome in our apartment, we dedicate special care to their reception for this our home is provided with:

The district of Foce, despite being in the city center, retains the taste of a small town. Monday and Thursday mornings take place the Piazza Palermo market, the largest and most famous in the city, where you can find good opportunities for those who love this kind of shopping. Alongside this, the covered food market in Piazza Scio offers excellent products at good prices every day. There are also several playgrounds for children within easy walking distance. From the Foce you can quickly move, on foot or by bus (the number 20 stops right under the house!), both towards the city center (Via XX Settembre, Via San Vincenzo, Piazza De Ferrari) and the largest historical center of Europe (Expo, Acquario, Via Garibaldi) and towards Corso Italia, one of the most beautiful roads on the sea along the which is reached in the marvelous seaside village of Boccadasse (30 minutes on foot, our advice is to walk this road in the late afternoon, from here you can enjoy beautiful and unforgettable sunsets!). Many Genoese use this Course to run early in the morning or in the evening.

Fantastic, highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment to stay, lovely and much bigger than I expected from the photograph. The apartment is in a lovely, old and well cared building in one of the nicest area of Genoa, very near the city centre 10 min walking, but also very near other sightseeing like Boccadasse, Nervi, Fiera del Mare. Beds are firm but still soft enough to sleep perfectly. Furthermore A Beautiful House has a wonderful Mercato just behind the apartment where I bought a lot of typical product from Genoa and Liguria. Kitchen inside the apartment was is great with plenty of saucepans and cooking implements, gas stove and oven, everything you should need to cook in-house. There is also a large range of wine glasses, red, white and Champaign. Wi-Fi connection was perfect, fast and stable. At least just below the apartment is full of good restaurants, unfortunately I stayed only one night, I will need to came back to taste others. By clinching: - fantastic place - a true home from home - absolutely amazing apartment with amazing opportunities and amenities around - wholeheartedly recommended from me Thanks Eleonora

A beautiful "beautiful house" !

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et très agréable. Commodités/commerces à proximité. Déplacements à pied faciles vers le centre ville, bus au pied de l'immeuble et train pour la côté proche (gare Genova Brignole). Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour à Gênes ! Merci à Eleonora pour son accueil et nombreux renseignements pratiques.

Amazing Apartment and great host

The apartment is very charming and in a very nice central location. The apartment itself was great and with a very nice space, organized and very familiar place. Kids room very interesting for kids with toys and many stuffs. Eleonora the owner is an amazing host and always available to respond our questions, very supportive all the time! We loved and for sure when coming back to Genova we hope apartment will be available to visit it again!
