Positioned on the east side of the lake, you will enjoy the most memorable sunsets across the lake to the western banks. The property provides three bedrooms with accommodations up to six people (2 Queens, 1 King master). Features: Two and a half bathrooms including a master suite, fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, front porch, camp fire pit, and propane grill. Wi-fi internet provided w/ streaming capabilities; no local cable. A/C Window-units are available in bedrooms and dining/living area, no central air. Hoist is not available for guest use. As a courtesy to our neighbors and neighborhood, please no pets.
A brand new dock puts you right out into the action. The property features a flat topography with no stairs required for lake access and sits off the main road down a private gravel lane with parking up to two vehicles in paved driveway. The setting offers plenty of space for running around with little worry of traffic. The front porch offers sweeping views of the west side of Seneca lake north to the city of Geneva and south to Lodi point.
Within 15 minutes drive to Sampson and Seneca lake state parks. The lake-side road provides wonderful cycling opportunities which connect to Sampson.
Pull onto East Lake Road to join the Seneca lake wine trail with Zugibe Vineyards and Three Brothers Wineries within two miles. We are also within short striking distance to Cayuga lake for further wine and cheese trail activities. Make your evening dining reservations and head for cocktails on lively Linden street in downtown Geneva. Sit back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the sunset around a camp fire. It does not get much better than this!

One of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, beautifully decorated, convenient location, everything we were hoping for. Bonus for the outdoor seating areas, dock, sunset, and surprise snacks left for us by the host. Great experience and highly recommended. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We rented this house during the weekend of the Musselman triathlon since my son was competing. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Check-in was easy. The house was clean and decorated with a “lake cottage” theme. You can tell that the house was recently updated. The host even left snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and had enough plates, silverware, cups and pots for use. Each bedroom was a good size and the master bedroom had a sitting area with an amazing view of the lake. The bathrooms seemed recently renovated as well and were clean and stocked with towels. The backyard decks and private dock were the best parts of the house. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise/set with your coffee or cocktail in hand. They also had a grill on hand for use. The location can’t be beat - it was a 10 minute drive to the center of Geneva. And even better the biking route of the triathlon passed right by the end of the driveway! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
