Bob was a very responsive host. We initially had an air conditioning issue. However, Bob communicated timely and fixed the problem promptly. This was a fun houseboat to rent in a marina.

Everything worked and areas were clean except the carpets were sticky-dirty with lots of stains. Bring slippers for the carpets. You are docked with another house boat beside you. I kind of wished it was docked the other way.
