✔️ Please note that this property may not be suitable for young children due to the unguarded riverbank and deep water. Adult supervision is strongly recommended near the river.
✔️ This property operates on a septic system. To prevent damage and costly repairs, please ONLY flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of feminine products, floss, food, toys, or any other items in the toilet.
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
✔️ For guests’ convenience, those with early arrivals or late departures can drop off their luggage with host approval before standard check-in time.

▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. Please ensure your guest count is accurate, as supplies are provided accordingly. Additional supplies will not be provided for unregistered guests.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2 (responsible dog pet owners only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused. They are not permitted on furniture or beds. If evidence of pet presence on furniture or beds is found after checkout, a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.

▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.

▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
