Our group of 8 adults and 1 four year old loved our time in the finger lakes. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and only 12 minutes to nearby shopping centers to get what we needed. Whitney was easy to communicate with.

We had a four day family getaway in mid October to this beautuful little finger lake. The house was just what we needed - plenty of room for everyone, more beds than we even needed, the convenience of the bonus guest house, allowing for three full bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor spaces that accommodated good and not-so-good weather days. We loved the proximity to the airport, Geneseo, and beautiful Letchworth State Park. The open great room design was fabulous as we cooked in a few days and could all gather and visit throughout the preparations and eat together at the large table and the kitchen island. We did a few jigsaw puzzles and appreciated the collection of puzzles and games. Perfect semi- protected area of the lake for kayaking! We hope to be back again.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.

Conesus Lake House

Great stay for my daughter's college graduation from Geneseo. The house was tremendous...spacious, clean and well appointed. The guest house that is also on the property housed our out to town family. Whitney was a great host and very responsive. Would stay there again in a second and I am tough customer!

Senior Weekend Headquarters!

Our son attends SUNY Geneseo and we stayed here with extended family to celebrate his senior game. It was an excellent choice! Whitney was a pleasure to work with and the property was great!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Factors that contributed to the enjoyment of the trip were being right on the lake, provided kayaks, paddle boat, cleanliness of the house, the peace, great family room for bonding, and a great kitchen.

Family reunion stay

We were in town for a family reunion and were very happy we found this home. It offered all the amenities we needed for our extended family (from toddler to 80-something!) We enjoyed the boardgames in the evening, morning coffee around the huge table, and the campfire space for relaxing time together. The home was beautifully furnished with a lovely view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the provided linens/towels were helpful with one less worry in packing. The separate cabin was perfect for the family with the toddler. We only wish we were able to stay a little longer...perhaps in the future!

Easter 2024

Our stay at the Conesus Lake House was absolutely great. The house is right on the lake and has several outdoor and indoor seating areas to view the lake and surrounding area. Whitney was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. She even gave us information about the surrounding area. The house fit our family perfectly and I have no complaints! Our family met for a Easter get together with a quick trup to Letchworth and the National Warplane Museum. The house and upper cabin fit all 11 of us wonderfully. Thanks Whitney!!!

Great place!

Very nice property and location Cleaning needs to b addressed inside stairs were very dirty, no cleaning under beds,T-shirt there?,kitchen garbage pails have new bags but weren’t cleaned old water bottle layin in cabinet ?,main inside sliding window to porch had prints smudges on it also Grill was unusable tried cleaning but grates so rusted no way food could be put on. Was no fun cooking grillin food in oven or fry pan. Owner was notified promptly about grill n responded quickly that was in process of shopping for one for spring? Took peek in guest house on property had nice layout but smelled musty

Great Lake House

Overall the property was great and had wonderful views of the lake. Our party included 6 adults and 5 children and we had room for everyone (with the addition of the guest house). Lots of beach towels plus a paddleboat and kayaks (and life jackets) were provided. The owner was very responsive and even proactively sent us ideas to do with the kids on a rainy day.

Perfect friends getaway.

The location was great, easy drive to the city. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep in. The owner provided lots of bath and beach towels. Highly recommend this place for a large group.
