the room we booked is the DELUXE room it is a good room but there is no phone facility for the guest to contact the reception even it says to dial a certain number according to instructions. Second it is a resort but this room DELUXE there is no facility outside where you can hang your wet clothes only inside the bathroom which may take longer for clothes to dry. On the positive side STAFF are all great always smiling and greets you everyday. Breakfast has variety to choose from and plus the view is magnificent! Definitely coming back but not the DELUXE room .

Great hotel property. Awesome massages. It rained most of the time so didn’t get the chance to use the pool or relax and lay on the beach but it was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. I just need to make the season is right.

This hotel has great potential but the service from the staff on reception and in the restaurant is poor. They have loads of staff but they stand around doing nothing. The view from our room was a bamboo screen, the shower flooded the bathroom twice and instead of fixing it they mopped it up, eventually I insisted on swapping rooms. The grounds are lush and attractive but do not book a ground floor villa they are dark and no view. Food in the restaurant is good but they do not have everything on the menu, no house wine and the rest is overpriced, and service is slow though the setting lovely. Sometimes at 7.30 no tables free for breakfast. Poor quality thin towels and beach towels do not dry you.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! We had two young kids with us (6 and 1) and having the pool and direct access to the beach was amazing. Our rooms were so nice and the single with trundle was perfect for our kids. We can’t wait to come back!

Staff was awesome even though facilities sometimes left a little to be desired. For example our room had a non working phone preventing us from reaching out to local establishments. And they never got it working. Also of note, all rooms have no TV, which surprised me but that wasn’t a deal breaker as we relied on our phones and tablets for entertainment during down time. Overall though, I would book here again but not in the deluxe rooms because we had a wonderful view of a bamboo wall. Every.single.staff.member was kind and courteous and helpful.
