Our 33sqm apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and a panoramic view in the south direction. Enjoy our bright friendly living room with leather furniture, dining area and open kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen and stereo system and the allergy-friendly Disignlaminat. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, completely renovated and unfortunately not allowed for pets. The large garden is available for shared use.

Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment as a granny flat in a detached family house. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in 2017. Enjoy with a nice glass of wine on our terrace the fantastic view of the outdoors. The property with its 13000 square meters offers plenty of space to relax on the lawn or terrace.
Directly at the house is your parking. Also for bicycles there are sufficient parking spaces at the back of the property.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.

Erholung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen und bietet angenehmen und zweckmäßigen Komfort. Alles ist sehr sauber, Erholung ab der ersten Minute. Von der schönen Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Felder, die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für den aktiven Urlaub zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird. Tolle Lage für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren oder aber faul die Terrasse und den ruhigen Garten genießen.
