Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. But the next day when we were out and came back they didn’t fix anything but locked the room with our suitcase and belongings inside and asked me to make a payment since they don’t know how to pull out the funds from partner account with Expedia. I wasn’t happy about it and after long chat with Expedia agent, I got the refund for 2 nights and checked out from this horrible place.
