Nice breakfast with a variety of choice. Good location, not a far walk from Sopot main square. Plenty parking although there is extra charge for this. Good wifi and a room was overlooking Baltic sea. Service at the reception could improve and be more customer focused. there is a small grocery store opposite to the hotel. would consider coming back.

We were staying for a conference at NGM and mostly the impressions were positive. The rooms are not large but comfortable enough, maybe tired a little bit in places (the carpet). Sheets and towels are OK, on the cheap side. Beds are quite comfortable and it was pleasant to sleep under the sounds of sea – otherwise it is very quiet. Room lighting is a little bit scanty, there is no master switch at the bed (it only switches of the entrance light). But what was really nice, its the bedside lamp which increased light gradually after switching on – especially good when you need light in the middle of the night. There is coffee/tea making facilities in the room and small selection of teas and coffees is provided. Room and bathroom cleaning was OK. Breakfast was very varied and of great quality. Conference room equipment and coffees/teas that were provided were very adequate. Bar was nice too, to sit in the evening. Location of the hotel is perfect for beach visitors, but otherwise it is somewhat distanced from other attractions: it is about half an hour on foot to Sopot centre and same amount of time to Gdansk centre if going by tram. Even if the hotel looks like inadequate monster block on the beach, the stay was good with only several minor hitches: I also had problems with magnetic key card, had to go and change it once; the bathroom ventilation is practically non-existent, so the steam from the shower is slow to disperse and there was somewhat damp and mouldy smell there; and finally, some skills are needed to develop to adjust necessary temperature of the water in the shower.

Stayed for five nights Room clean and comfortable has gymnasium and swimming pool my only negative is they allow dogs here and we so someone going into lift with pit bull terrier. Reception staff friendly Would recomend

Nice modern hotel, I admittedly don't speak polish past a rough conversation but all the staff here were patient with my lack of language and made us feel very welcome, the room was spacious and the bed comfy. The bathroom was very clean and well pointed with a shower and bath. The room service menu is lovely, we only had a parpedelle and club sandwich both very nice and at a cost of 72 zloty roughly 14 quid I thought this was good value for money

I've stayed here earlier a couple of times, however - it was better before. The room is ok but average. The restaurant has been replaced with a conference room. Instead there is a "menu" with very limited choices in the lobby bar. The personal can't charge your room, so remember to bring cash or card. It's far from town center. On the other hand the stroll along the shore is 20 - 30 minutes to the Sopot seaside, where the selection of restaurant is fluent. The parking area is outdoor and close to the hotel. Note: If you happen to walk out the doors around noon, be careful not to stumble in some absolutely futile stone decorations placed around the stairs. I got the sun in my face, and did. Luckily I was not injured, but it was close.

Hotel is located next to the beach with no traffic. It has a nice entrance to the beach. The staff was kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast that can satisfy any picky eater. Clean and spacious room with a nice sea view.

A filthy unhygienic smell permeated our bed, bedding, and our hotel room in general. Perhaps the previous guests had checked-in a wet dog? The sheets and towels felt damp and grimy. When I complained to the hotel reception the receptionist volunteered to me that money was needed to invest in maintaining the hotel and there would be no point in moving us to another room as the air conditioning wasn’t working anywhere. We took refuge in the hotel restaurant on a wet evening, but clearly the bar and restaurant staff couldn’t cope with a full house: they were stressed and disorganised. We checked-out a night early as we couldn’t bear the feeling of filth in our room any longer. We booked this hotel for a family break because we frequently use the ACCOR group hotels. ACCOR should drop it right away. If you are looking at this hotel to host a conference for your business, stay away you will only tarnish your company’s reputation due to the poor state of the hotel.

The hotel is situated super, near the beach. Rooms are very comfortable and they are cleaned every day. Tasty breakfast, good service but we like a nice girl from bar called Magda most of all. She was helpful and always in a good mood - smiling all the time. She was profecional in her job. We want to stay in your hotel next year, too. Johanna A.

Hotel ha a great location, just in front of the beach. Building and surroundings remind of late 80' but hotel itself has been refresh. There are a lot of activities such as playground, tennis court, gym, pool. Rooms are ok, and I think every room have a sea view. Beds are very comfortable. What bothered me was a shower curtain, which I don't think is a good solution in this class hotel. It looked old and not very hygienic. Also a welcome wasn't the way you'd expected. I was welcome with information that I wont be able to collect my Accor points for this reservation (I booked 5 rooms for the entire group). Like it mattered.

We had 2 connecting rooms, with a wide view of the Baltic Sea and beach. We should have asked for a renovated room but that is our fault. The room we had although it was older was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices, fresh fruit and offered different types of coffee and tea. Updated playground for the kiddies, just steps away from the beach and the walking/cycling path. Will return when we are back in the area.
