This hotel was amazing!!! Hidden away between streets but very close to the centre of town, about 10 mins walk to the long market. The hotel has everything you need!staff are very nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to an apartment on the top floor which was absolutely beautiful. Room had everything we needed , comfy bed, mini bar , seating area and lovely bathroom. When I return to gdansk I will definitely choose hotel bonum again. Thank you!

We weren't sure how convenient this hotel would be to the Old Town section of Gdansk, but were very please to find it close enough for a short walk but far enough away to be really quiet. The hotel staff included, without our asking, a fan in the room. Since our room faced west, the fan was really helpful to cool off the room in the late afternoon and early evening. The front desk staff was very helpful in keeping our luggage during the day of our departure for a later train and called a taxi to help us get to the train station on time. The breakfast was really good and quite adequate to get our day started. We would gladly stay there again.

we where in room 205 and shower room smelled, but thinking it was because not used for a long time i run shower to get rid of smell, we both had a shower and after that not to bad, next day smell was back, after going for a walk we came back smell was worse so we asked to be moved. the receptionist was very good and we moved to 308, the room had just been cleaned and bathroom smelled ok, next morning it smelled, its the drain in the shower, for the rest of our stay we put a wet towel over the drain to keep the smell down. the rooms are nice and so are the staff and we enjoyed our stay, but something needs done about the drains, there is building works going on behind the hotel so that could be the problem

Positioned a stones throw away from 'The Post Office Museum' and a five minute walk from the river, this hotel is an absolute gem. It is 2 town houses knocked through giving a quirky feel to the layout, it is well presented inside and out, I believe there is approx 32 rooms. We stayed in a double room, which was plenty big enough for our 4day stay. The was a fridge in the room, hairdryer. The room was well presented, bed/ pillows etc comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast, which was a fantastic spread, eggs made fresh on request. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Was pleasantly surprised as this is a best western hotel, but it did not have the feeling of a big hotel chain due to the size of the property. Top stay.

Very nice stay January 2017 even if it was snowing. Room was clean and spacy, but very thin walls they had. You could hear everything from stairway and next door. Location was nice even if you needed to walk a bit to get to the nice restaurants, but we didn't mind.

I expected a high rise non personal type place but it was nothing of the sort. This is a lovely hotel, set a street or two back from the river but within easy walking distance to town. Room was nice, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were lovely and very helpful too. Ill definitely go back.

Plus: The hotel was very clean, the room was small but well equipet even with a fridge/minibar. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the parking lot, not a beautiful sight but quiet. The car park is for free but also very small so if you come in the evening there might be no space. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and the old town. The location is very good. The staff was friedly and helpfull. We didnt have breakfast so I cant say anything about the food but the breaakfast room is in the basement therefore no daylight.

We were staying at first floor and under us was the reception area. Everything was great except walls, which were too thin I guess ... or because we were too close to reception area. I don't know, but we could hear almost everything (noise, steps, laughing) !!! + friendly staff + clean + cozy + good value for the money - walls too thin

Good hotel with good location. Close to "old town" and shopping. Rooms are rather small, but clean, and with very nice bathroom. Breakfast is very, very good. Personal are kind and friendly. Overall rating on a scale 1 - 10 would be 8.

The Bonum hotel was actually a very pleasant stay, friendly staff, clean and well presented rooms. Very good value for money. Shower and bathroom were very clean and smart, the beds were very comfy and clean, it had all the mods you require including free wi-fi. There was a breakfast buffet but I opted not to eat as I went discovering, however, this is a lovely place to stay and it's great value for money. The staff are so helpful also , and it actually makes for a pleasant stay. Would recommend. Cos
