Fantastic hotel in a superb location, walkable to all the sights and museums. We had a room overlooking the river, with beautiful views over the city, and it was quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.

Really good hotel that really could be fantastic with a few touches. USB and or extra sockets in room perhaps a refresh of the rooms. The Spa is extra cost including sauna! I don’t know why but uber can drop you off at the hotel but not pick you up you have to walk to the end of the street!

Wonderful!!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The perfect location, friendly staff, fantastic large room with the most stunning view overlooking the river and the great breakfast. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I had a room with a balcony overlooking the water, and a complementary bottle of wine. So we’re starting at a five. Minus one for mediocre breakfast and enormous difficulty getting to the place with a car.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Gdansk and enjoying the atmosphere of the old town. The hotel is spotless, our bedroom was large with very comfortable seating and beds and the breakfast was delicious. The provide Prosecco with the breakfast buffet included in the price which we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. When we collected the luggage we were able to use a downstairs seating area and toilet to freshen up before heading to the airport. I’ve reduced the score for property condition and facilities due to the room key being very difficult to turn in the lock. This meant we had to fiddle with the key each time we tried to get in and out the room. Also the room we had was on the top floor and had a combed ceiling, in the bedroom the ceiling height was huge but the bathroom was tucked under the comb and the placement of the shower made it very difficult to stand under the water. My husband and I who aren’t overly tall, 5’6” and 5’8” both struggled and found it very awkward. This room would not be good for anyone over this height as they simply would not fit in the shower. Otherwise a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to others and will stay again.
