The apartment was very nice. Modern decor, All the details very pretty, good quality. This was my favourite place in the heart of old town in Gdansk. Spacious, beautiful , had all you need while travelling. Would come back , no questions.

Złotników 9/12 No sheets in the leaving room. Torn blanket. A stained couch. Dirty towels, duvets, pillows, glasses, cutlery, grease toaster. No hot water and we had to turn on the boiler ourselves and wait for the bathing water to heat up. Gate code broken and we waited two hours for someone to show us the second entrance gate.

The location was good, however one of the windows were broken. This meant that we couldn’t shut it and the room was cold. There was lots of mould on the ceiling and the shower was only hot for one person.

Nice location, but not for a business stay. Uncomfortable table and chair for computer work, not enough blankets, no shampoo or bath soap for showers and tiny towels. Entry is behind and can be dangerous for some since it is rather quiet and could be dark

The apartment I was rented was not the one listed on Expedia. It wasn’t nearly as spacious as the one shown in the listing. The accommodation was fine, just not as expected. Communication was difficult to attempt to line up getting keys to the apartment. Once arrangements were made, I was asked to pay additional fees for checking in late - not listed in the Expedia listing.

Everything was better than expected - very recently renovated property with everything you'll need for your stay. Very central, with easy access to all amenities. One small issue was related to a slight smell of sewage from bathroom, but suspect this is related to the property being old- the bathroom itself was only recently refurbished, so nothing that some bathroom cleaner/air freshener wouldn't sort so maybe if apartment owners left that or installed a deodoriser it could be overcome.

Bright and clean, nice and warm when I turned on the heat. There was a very bad smell of drains in the bathroom, the extractor fan in the bathroom dripped water, three towels between rwo people for three nights was a bit scimpy and no a big deal but it would have been nice to have a microwave.

Check in a bit of a faff. You have to ring a polish tel number from the airport and they meet you there. Late check in fee after 10pm not mentioned but Expedia refunded this. Also cleaning fee but this is mentioned. On plus side apartment very well located in quiet residential street, very clean and new with good facilities.

No hot water and difficult to contact property.

The apartment was older than the photos, but still acceptable. Everything works, apart from the hot water. There was not enough hot water to shower with for the whole family. It was less than 10º outside and the shower did not have hot water. We had to wait for the shower to reheat for a long time before being able to take a shower. Also hotels.com never gave us an email to contact the property so it was difficult to contact the property and to arrange how we could collect the keys on arrival.

Great location

After a bad start like no hot water the night we arrived and no Wifi working things improved. The unit on third floor recently nicely renovated in a great spot with views to St Mary's Cathedral and old houses. Next door to small supermarket. Near everything. Complaints were addressed.

Straight above a noisy pub .

It was horrendous 60 steps up to apartment and as my partner and I have medical problems totally unsuitable. Different address to what we were given. The apartment was lovely but straight above a noisy pub. No internet . No tea or coffee. Would not use them again. On the last evening no electric. Was looking forward to a lovely holiday and it turned out to be an endurance test.

The aprtment is in the fantastic location. It is clean, comfortable and comfy. No problems with anything. I think the additional cleaning fee, that is charged on top of the rate, isi a bit much, but, it is Gdańsk after all...

Good apartment in central position

The apartment was good and located in the centre of the city, not distant from the plaza with the neptune fountain. But you must note: -the room curtain let the light enter already at 4.30 am, so you need a mask to sleep well; -there is not carpet for the shower -most important, my apartment (they dos have many) was not the one selected on the site and was at the third floor without elevator; not a big problem for me but may a big problem to someone else. Finally, there was a delay both in the delivery of the keys to the checkin and in the return to the checkout
