A Mixed Experience The hotel has a modern and cosy feel and is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, full of character, and well-maintained. However, we found the location challenging as we were traveling with two elderly parents and it was quite a distance from the city centre (30 minute walk). That said, we used Bolt taxis which were convenient and a great price! The surrounding area is peaceful, but unfortunately, the room soundproofing was poor. We experienced interrupted sleep each night due to noise from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. While most staff were helpful, the reception team was disappointing. They struggled to answer our questions and appeared unwilling to assist. Our queries were about the local area, airport transfers and heating in the rooms, so nothing too challenging. A notable issue occurred when our pre-arranged airport transfer, booked through the hotel, failed to arrive. After waiting 30 minutes at arrivals, we organised our own taxi from the airport to the hotel and when we informed reception staff, they simply blamed the taxi company. We didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant served good food with good service, albeit from a limited menu. Basic toiletries were provided, but I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Overall, the hotel offers a stylish and comfortable stay, but soundproofing, service, and location considerations may impact the experience.

Stunning apartment just like the photos. Super comfy bed, immaculately clean, gorgeous historical building. Strange no bath salts or product provided to use the bath. We had a couple of issues and staff did their best to help. AMAZING facials in the spa. Lovely location perfect for exploring. Breakfast okay, wasnt as impressive as expected based on reviews.

Great stay and value in Gdánsk

The hotel is in an old factory, it is very well renovated. It offers a sauna service, as well as spa, restaurant, bar. The room we stayed in was fine, large and clean. I missed having some sleepers or information about that. The room was large, calm, heating worked well, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine. I liked the services and location of the hotel the most, as it is 15 minutes walk only to old town and yet is in a great, alternative and relaxing area. Service at reception was helpful. Restaurant was very good, as we had a dinner. Sauna could be larger or have more dressing rooms, but overall great stay and great for value. Enjoyed!!!

Really nice

Close to old town. Interesting design. Only problem was that the fridge would switch off when you take your card with you

It was a very pleasant castle like experience. 😊 Sauna was number one and they also offered complementary drinks. I enjoyed it a lot.
