This unique location makes it an ideal place for relaxation, rest and regeneration. Located in the heart of the resort, it is an excellent starting point for discovering the city with its attractions. The apartment provides comfortable conditions for your stay, offering a spacious living room, combined with a perfectly equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms. An additional advantage is a large balcony with a picturesque view of the greenery, ideal for morning breakfasts in the fresh air or evening relaxation. Parkplätze an der Straße knapp vorhanden;Wohnzimmer gut, Küchenausstattung okay, fehlerhafte Kaffeemaschine -- wurde ersetzt durch eine neue nach Reklamation;Badezimmer gut, Dusche okay, Wasser beim Duschen wurde gelegentlich kalt und der Hebel musste neu eingestellt werden; Entlüftung des Duschzimmers mit Toilette erfolgte über eine Öffnung zum Badezimmer, dadurch gab es z.T. uangenehme Gerüche im Badezimmer;Jalousien in einem Zimmer fehlerhaft, dadurch zu hell, besonders im Zimmer nach Osten; Abdunkelung in Eigenregie, da Vermieterin/Besitzerin nichts unternommen hat;schöner Balkon mit 2 Markisen, Gefrierschrank gut, Mikrowelle schwer zu erreichen, da zu hoch abgestellt, Staubsauger nicht zusammengebaut und noch im Karton verpackt;kein Wechsel der Handtücher nach einer Woche;WCs musste wegen Verstopfung häufig gespült werden;es gab keine Scheuermilch zum Putzen der Waschbecken und Klos, die Küchenspüle hatte keinen Stöpsel, Reklamation bei Vermieterin war erfolglos; haben uns eine Waschschüssel besorgt;gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten;sehr guter Strand;
