Apartamenty VNS

Excellent location close tourist sites. The apartment interior was nicer and bigger than expected but the stairwell needs upkeep. There is no elevator. Free parking by the apartment. The breakfast in the room was good, an omelette, good rolls, cold cuts and cheese. No AC so the window was left open. Can hear tour guides leading their groups. During the day, music from street musicians at the nearby St Mary's Gate can be heard in the apartment.

Spacious, modern and central apartment

This apartment was perfect and really made our trip special. Firstly, the apartment looked freshly decorated and was modern, pristinely clean and spacious. Secondly, despite the fact that we arrived a few hours early because I had called in advance we were showed to our room anyway with no issue. Thirdly was the location, which was so central it made getting around the city so easy as everything was in walking distance of around 15 minutes. Thank you!

Couldn't be more pleased. Staff were great. We arrived several hours prior or check in and they let us in the room. Attended to every request promptly. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and super apartment

Apartmenty VNS is an excellent choice for a stay in Gdansk as the location is second to none and gives so much more space than a hotel room. We had a superb attic apartment that looked out onto the river and despite lots of restaurants along the quay we had no problem sleeping at night ! The apartments are accessed through an amber shop and there is a caretaker who lives on site and was most helpful with advice and booking taxis etc . Another amazing bonus was the huge breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning at a time selected by us , it certainly set us up for the day ! We would definitely stay at these apartments again when we return to Gdansk which is a beautiful city.

beautiful apartment in a very central location.

Beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable apartment with an enormous and very comfy bed. lovely personal touches too like the complimentary carafe of fruit vodka to make us welcome. open plan living/bathroom space very tastefully done; makes the most of the space. great location with views of the river which make the climb up to the apartment worthwhile (top floor about 60 steps). huge breakfast brought up to the room each morning. very high standard of cleanliness. great discount in the amber shop downstairs (very helpful staff in the shop booked us a taxi back to the airport). excellent free wifi. would stay here again. gdansk is a fabulous place with lots to see and do. great food, great bars, interesting museums, not expensive either. cannot say enough nice things about this place.

great base to explore this lovely place.

lovely weekend in the double room apartment. very open plan, suitable for couples only. lovely clean room with everything you need including toiletries, a hairdryer, dressing gowns, wardrobe space and tv. The welcome drink is a nice touch. Great base to explore!

Fantastic Old Town Gdansk Appartment by the canal

Clean comfortable Appartment, we stayed in the Delux Appartment with a double bed and a sofa bed. We saw on the reviews that the breakfast was great and it certainly was. It was well worth the surcharge as it meant breakfast was brought to our room on trays each morning and we could enjoy it at our leisure. As the hotel was close to public transport we travelled to Gdynia and Sopot several times and also went to the Riviera shopping mall close to Gdynia.

The apartment was in a great location - within walking distance of the main old town sites. It was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Couldn't find fault at all.

Almost perfect

The apartment was really wonderful, and is honestly the perfect place to spend anything from one night to a week. It is super neat. If I had to be critical there were two smallish issues: firstly the actual toilet was not cleaned properly prior to my arrival and was actually quite dirty; although the rest of the bathroom was clean; secondly, the walking street below is rather noisy when market sellers are wheeling their carts along the cobbled road. At least one of these is easily sorted, and then this place is almost perfect.

Much nicer than expected

Really enjoyed the location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. This apartment does back into the 'Amber street' and voices of people do carry. Keèp windows closed for quiet at night when you sleep. Water temperature is not the greatest but you can figure itnpit out. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would not hesitate to come back.

Amazing breakfast!

It was a bit difficult to find the property as it is right on a walking-only street, but once we did we were glad to have such a great location! Breakfast is a big plus, and the room was big enough to accomodate 4 adults, although there's no division, so don't expect much privacy.

The hotel is in a great location! The service is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Having parking outside of the apartment was very convenient and a time saver. The daily breakfast was delicious and wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here because of the breakfast, service, and perfect location!

Great location, large and clean room but cold

This place is located right in from of the seafront. It is an attic and the only room in this "hotel" to which you enter via jewelry store. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and large. However, it was very cold inside even though the radiators were turned to max.

Fabulous location and service

We stayed at VNS for three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was much better than expected given that it is an apartment. The only downside is that it would be hot in summer (no AC) and the communication on how to enter the apartment could have been better (you can ring on the building from the back, but the apartment is actually located above a jewelry store on the main walking street). Overall, this was great value for money and I would stay here again (but not in the peak summer heat).
