Hotel Review: Warning for Potential Guests
We booked this hotel for two days with my parents, sister, and her kids, paying more than double the usual rate due to the Pitrapaksha season. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
Upon arrival, the reception staff were unresponsive and unprofessional. We waited 40 minutes to check in, only to find that the room was underwhelming and not worth the high price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with water dripping and a broken hook on the shower curtain.
Room service was unacceptable; if you can’t go down to complain, you won’t receive even basic amenities like water. On a positive note, the food and restaurant staff were decent.
Overall, I would advise potential guests to think before you book this hotel.
