The Gâvres peninsula facing Port-Louis, at the entrance to Lorient roadstead and east of the Isle of Groix. Remarkable natural environment, shore fishing, salt marshes. To the north, the small protected sea of Gâvres and to the south, a magnificent fine sand beach. Access to Lorient and Port-Louis thanks to water buses. Ideal site for windsurfing or kitesurfing.



Feet in the water, direct beach access from the garden.



Fisherman-style house, 4 rooms 60 m², for 6 people:

Terrace and small garden (70m²) facing the sea, garden furniture and barbecue available.

The property also has exclusive private parking and a private space for bicycles.



Ground floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, programmable electric coffee maker, toaster).

- Dining room and lounge with TV and double sofa bed (140cm).

- Toilet with sink and WC

- Laundry room with washing machine.



On the 1st floor, staircase serving the landing with:

- 1 bedroom overlooking the street with two single beds (90cm)

- 1 bedroom overlooking the sea with a double bed (140cm)

- Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.



On the 2nd floor, staircase leading to an attic bedroom with beautiful sea view, 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 single bed (120cm).

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le logement possède tout le confort nécessaire. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, à deux pas du petit port de Gavres. Gîte, avec vue sur mer

"Gîte, avec vue sur mer, acceptant les animaux. Le petit plus des oreillers avec taie, bien que nous n'ayons pas pris l'option linge de lit. L'optimisation des espaces jusqu'à une chambre au 2ème étage, avec vue mer, un nombre de couchage confortables important. Vue mer de la douche, du jardin, de deux des trois chambres. Vue sur les entrées et sorties des bateaux. Des bateaux de petits pêcheurs jusqu'aux catamarans de grandes régates. L'existence d'un bateau-bus pour se rendre à Port-Louis en 10 minutes quant il faut mettre 45 minutes par la route. Une presqu'île intéressante et la proximité des îles, du Golfe du Morbihan et bien d'autres destinations à ne pas manquer. Mise à disposition de tous les produits ménagers. Un très bon accueil, et un départ le vendredi, à notre convenance (bien que prévu le samedi à 10h)." Myriam - Booking - 07/09/2024 "L'aménagement de la salle-salon.
