The wooden terrace provides direct access to the beach and a view of the ocean and Larmor-Plage. Its layout is as follows: on the ground floor, a single room with a coffee table and a small sofa facing a fitted and equipped kitchen area (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), a shower area with sink, a toilet with a shower head, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), one of which has a sea view, and a mezzanine attic with two single sofa beds (80 cm). Wi-Fi is available. The west-facing exposure offers fabulous sunsets.

*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in town. If you choose to have linens, they must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
