Hotels grounds are beautiful. Morning breakfast is good, as well as the restaurant food. Service is ok. Friendly, but slow. Out hotel room heater was on very high (it was 70 F outside) or room was near 80z. So hot that my entire family could not sleep. We opened the doors on the patio to let cold air in and that caused the heater to start working overtime. Lose lose. Ac/hester is controlled centrally and the staff could not assist with their maintenance guy out.

Beautiful relaxing place!

The place was impeccable and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with good variety to suit everyone. The grounds and location couldn't be nicer if you just want to relax. Not a whole lot of commerce or restaurants around. There was a big supermarket a 5 minute drive away. My only issue was with the front desk not being open after a certain time, it said to call the hotell if arriving after 16.00 so we arrived earlier hoping to check in and go out to enjoy the day, but the guy at the front desk couldn't check us in before 15.00, so... you're supposed to arrive between 15.00 and 16.00?! That's not very convenient if you want to do something a little further away. Anyway, it worked out but I thought this was inconvenient.

We were three adults and three kids under 10 staying in one of the lodges. They were more spacious than expected and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay. We couldn’t figure out the aircon so it was a bit warm. The pool was being renovated during our stay (which the hotel had communicated to us on several occasions before the stay, which was great to know). It looked like it’d be a great addition though! The property itself is nice with beautiful views and nice amenities such as an outdoor gym and free of charge mini golf, but messy, there was trash left in the grass. Not sure if all the regular staff was on vacation but all employees we interacted with seemed like it was their first day at the job, which meant we were often left waiting for them to check things or things just moved slow. Overall a lovely stay with kids though and I would recommend on hot summer days once the pool is up and running!

Tog lång tid att checka in! Ingen svarade i telefon! Efter 30min fick vi leta efter personalen som inte hade kunskap om hur hon skulle checka in oss. All personal var någon annanstans och fokuserad på ett bröllop! Låset på dörren av ur funktion, åter ingen som svarade i telefon. Rummet var stort och fint och bra utrustat!

Toppenboende! Stor lgh med 2 badrum och i övrigt välutrustat! Mysigt med pool! Åt en jättegod middag på restaurangen då hela sällskapet var nöjda! Frukosten sådär, rätt trångt o lägre standard än övriga boendeupplevelsen. Kommer gärna igen!

Härlig sommarupplevelse

Vi hade toppenbra vistelse; 5 vuxna och 4 barn. Bra läge, nära till havet och mycket bra pool. Vi besökte Furuviksparken vilket var en höjdare för barnen. Maten på restaurangen var god. Frukosten var bra, men stökig, då personalen var för få och man hann inte att fylla på och allting tog slut. Det drog ner poängen på det hela. Men vi hade kanonväder och stormtrivdes.

Ett hotel på en fantastisk plats. Stora lägenheter med alla bekvämligheter som man kan behöva. Bra poolområde och god mat i restaurangen. Det enda negativa är att lägenheterna blir väldigt varma under varma sommardagar samt att våningssängarna är hårda som cementblock.
