The room was very roomy and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good also. The kids loved the indoor pool.

Very nice place to stay. Beds slept well, pools we're nice, and breakfast was amazing!

We had a one night stay, very spacious and would definitely return

This is a little gem of a hotel! No, it's not a Hilton, but it's super clean, with comfy beds, and extremely affordable. My kids extremely enjoyed the indoor pool as well. It also has the best FREE breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The little lady in charge goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and is constantly cooking and cleaning. Her eggs, sausage, fresh pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, biscuits, gravy, etc. were all great. Highly recommend this place...my family and I will be back! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn Suites, River Suites!!! The room was very clean and spacious! The children loved the indoor pool and breakfast was great!! I would definitely recommend to anyone! We will be back!

Very nice for the price! Separate rooms are great for parents with children.

Not sure how this hotel has 3.8/5.0 customer satisfaction. We chose the hotel based on customer reviews. Upon entering our room, we were disappointed. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, dirt build up in every corner, a general feeling of unclean. We asked for another room. We got moved next door. At least the paint was on the wall, even though both the entry door and bathroom door needed to be repainted. I wiped the shelf above the coat rack and left the blackened wash cloth on top of the shelf for the cleaning staff. We moved the coffee maker and a cock roach scurried away. We immediately started looking for other hotels. We were in the Smokey Mountains over Valentines ... no luck. We decided to stay and not let a cock roach, scratched paint on the doors, and some dust ruin our weekend. Well, the week we arrived home we noticed small red bumps on our skin. Yup, bed bugs. We are now in the process of bed bug elimination in our home. I guess people that like the hotel like the large room size. Each room is divided into 'living area' and sleeping area and the inside pool area is very enjoyable. A single cock roach, scraped paint, and some dust buildup was bad enough, but we are campers and country folk. Nothing some pest spray, some paint, and a rag can't handle. Bed bugs ... completely unacceptable. This hotel has a lot of potential and was probably very nice in its day, but the neglect is obvious from a quick walk through the property. I would not recommend this hotel, and truly don't understand the 3.8/5.0 score.

Stayed here for a show at the Sevierville Convetion Center. Was a one minute drive away. Lots of food and shopping options a few minutes away. Pigeon Forge also less than 10 minutes away. Room was cleaned daily very well. They serve breakfast in the morning, no eggs , but waffles are available fresh. Is a 3 story building, but they have installed an elevator. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7

We felt the hotel was right on par with what you get and what you pay for. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was yummy and having access to both an indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful. We also loved having a private balcony. Our only complaints were 1) The bathroom was VERY small and felt a little claustrophobic with the door shut. 2) The location normally wouldn't be a problem, but with all the construction, it took over an hour to get from the hotel to downtown Gatlinburg. We visit the area several times a year and have NEVER been in traffic that long. I know it isn't the hotel's fault, but it is definitely something to consider when you're booking. We would definitely stay at this location again when visiting for one or two nights.

The hotel was good and clean and the help was great.

Loved the hotel; more than we hoped for and so perfect in many ways. Close to attraction, etc. without the noise and traffic close to location.

We want to stay here again next Christmas! Quiet, warm, cozy, private...easy drive to areas nearby and attractions of interest.

My room was really dusty, but other than that it was wonderful. I was really impressed with the hot tub and indoor pool. Nice stay for the price!

they had a nice indoor pool & hot tub. close to shopping.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was excelent. The rooms where nice and clean. Conviently located to a wonderful selection of entertainment and food. The only problem was taking a shower if someone in another room flushed the toilet or turned on water be prepared to jump out of the shower momentarly becaue the water got very hot. Other than that no complaints we realy enjoyed our stay here.

Our first day at this place was a nightmare. We asked for a HC accessable room because I have a bad leg. I was told none were available. They gave us a room overlooking the indoor pool, the smell of chorine was overpowering. Then we were given a room with the shower grip handle missing. they said they would replace it in the morning. I called the next day at 11.00 AM and they said they had to order the handle. We finally got a HC room later that day. This place needs a major rehab, the plumbing goes back to the 1980's. We will never stay here again.

This Hotel was just your average every day hotel. We only stayed 2 nights for a short getaway. It was nothing special. The staff were nice, okay continental breakfast, decent rooms. They needed to be a little more detailed on the cleaning. But for the price it was a good stay. Close to most everything you need and just a short drive from attractions.

Clean and efficient

We really enjoyed the seating area and the pool. I liked the fact that you didn't see the beds when you walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good it had a varity. The only thing I would have liked to have was a micorwave in the roon.

decent. enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub although concrete bottoms were very rough. Room was a little run down but not bad.
