The property was nice, clean and safe. I enjoyed my stay. My only con was the pillows, they were flat and my back hurt every night. But I would bring my own pillows due to my situation. Other than that no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay but the check out experience was unpleasant. The printer was broken so the front desk person asked if an email receipt was acceptable which we said yes. I also asked for a balance and upon hearing the amount, questioned if the balance included any of the stay and I could not get a straight answer from him. He just kept repeating, you are all set with a sarcastic smile on his face. I still have not received and email receipt with a breakdown of charges. Staff needs to be trained better on how to interact with their guests.
