Wonderful location close to attractions such as Dollywood, which we decided to embark on as a last minute adventure. Room was clean spacious and looked and smelt clean. The front desk clerk was super nice and sweet. Breakfast in the morning was nice, waffles. Eggs, biscuits and gravy. Close to shopping, restaurants and ample parking. Quick spot to lay your head.

My husband and I booked a room for a quick getaway. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a short drive from all the attractions. Nice and quiet.

We stayed 3 nights (Monday to Thursday). No problems checking in, room was ready, and clean. Coffeemaker in room but the only way to plug it in was to move everything off the nightstand and plug it in there, all other outlets were blocked by furniture. No bedside lamps, if you wanted to read in bed you had to use the overhead light and get out of bed to turn it off. Just inconvenient. An extra chair would be nice (only an office chair in the room) so either I or my husband had to sit on the bed while in the room. The rate paid was very good but even so I don't think we would stay here again, too many little things that would make it much pleasanter and could be easily remedied but haven't been.

they are simply earning a paycheck no more not room was not cleaned in a timely fashion we left at 9am came back at 3pm room was still dirty i asked for cleaning euipment the white maid was very nice she is a good worker keep her she was the bright spot that was on sunday morning

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Heater only had two real settings - cold and boiling hot.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Two times the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, and curtain will not stay closed, splashing water out onto the floor

The pool area was dirty, The air-conditioning was broke, The shower head was broke, The pillows were in terrible condition. All in all non of my family slept well.

Room had no in room coffee. It was clean and comfortable. The clerk seemed sullen and just grunted as I checked in. The same clerk was onb when I clecked out and was the same. Other Econologes had the coffee maker n the room

Well let me start off saying that this was a wonderful place to stay for the price that was paid at the last minute, right before the Rod Run. Now the parking lot looked as if it was under construction and one of the two entrances was a huge dip with gravel and dirt. Usually I wouldn't complain but I was attending a car show in a very low car with blacked out wheels. I had to detail it after pulling it. The front desk personnel was very nice and got myself in the room within a matter of seconds. She was completely ready to check in and help as much as she possibly could. Very perky and nice as well. When I arrived to the room it was very cool and I loved it. It was vacuumed, cleaned, and near perfect. This stay here wasn't the most luxurious by far, but for the price that I was paid I can't complain. If you're planning on staying here during a big weekend, be prepared for the traffic because it is about a 2 mile distance from the parkway, but is 3 minutes away from the Tanger Shopping Outlets.

When checking in to our room the first impression was better than expected due to the other reviews. We had a king sized regular room. The room was clean but very small. We could barely fit the Pack and Play for our 9 Month old. This hotel is kind of far out from all of the attractions, but we just stayed here for 1 night before we checked into our hotel in downtown Gatlinburg. Overall we probably would not stay here again due to he room size.

We were there to visit relatives so we were not in the room much. Even though we had four in the party, they only gave us towels for three. Room was small but clean. Only saw deskclerk when checking in & checking out. Didn't feel it was worth the amount they charged.

This was a spare of the moment trip. We usually stay @ econolodge riverside, but they put us on hold three times for 30 minutes (long distance) so they lost a repeate customer also. I won't stay @ this econolodge again.

Staff was friendly, bare minimum, no table, crowded, room and bath were clean.

We got the hot tub suite. The hot tub was not even big enough for me to sit in it was VERY TINY. The room was little not much room to do alot of anything but crawl aross the bed and get to the bathroom. It could have been a lot better. Wished we would have stayed somewhere else.

Visited Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Found MANY cheaper hotels/motels a lot closer to town and attractions. Used Orbitz because usually cheaper, but obviously not. Hotel was simple and staff courteous. Not glamourous:)Overall stay was good and would recommend to someone passing through that area.
