It was convenient to dollywood and there were lots if fast foid places close by. Our room was not the cleanest. There were a few little moths/gnats in the room. No breakfast because of covid but that wasnt on the website.

The only off thing was the hotel was under construction, and it was almost impossible to find the entrance and figure out where to go for check in. Something in an email or posted signs would have helped. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean.

We had a 4-night stay at this location. Due to Covid-19, the cleaning staff did not provide daily services. However, if they were in the hall and you asked them for clean towels or soap or anything, they told you that you had to get it from the front desk. That was inconvenient, especially since they were right there.

This was a nice place with friendly staff. Nice area.

Looks recently renovated. Clean for the most part (but had some dust in a carpet free environment in the room). Had all that we needed for the night (clean bed, bathroom, etc). Since there's no carpet things tended to echo like doors closing in the hallways and could easily hear TV from adjoining room door. Breakfast was basic but fine. Bathroom fan was loud like something was loose/broken. For the price it was hard to beat while passing through the area.

Loud, dirty, typical roach coach motel. Uncooperative management won’t let you cancel after first night issues.

The location was good and everything was nice. Clean

Rude staff, did not feel safe as anyone could walk in and staff not at desk or never bothered to look up, mold in bathroom, saftey concern where tile beside elevator different height than tile in hall. Overall very poor. On positive housekeeping did good job in room. General manager did call me back after no elevator all day.

Clean, location, price, friendly service. Wooden floors was nice and nice bathroom.

I loved the water slide at the pool and convenient location next to restaurants and a Kroger

Clean, convent to shopping and I-40. Nothing fancy about this hotel but a nice place to stay.

Close to where i needed to be during the holiday weekend

Close to attractions, decently priced. But the beds were hard as a rock. Pillows were soft and flattened immediately. No mirror on room, so the 3 three girls i was with all had to take long turns in the bathroom doing makeup in a foggy mirror.

Nice Hotel , Everyone was super Friendly was next to cracker barrel and starbucks . Stayed there and went to pigeon forge and gatlinburg daily ! Very Happy !

We had a 4-night stay at this location. Due to Covid-19, the cleaning staff did not provide daily services.
